Welcome!

Michelle is an elementary school librarian and children’s author working on fiction and non-fiction picture books, chapter books, and middle grade novels.

Fun facts about her (in no particular order):

She tries to learn one new thing each day.
One day she hopes to go to a SuperBowl, a World Cup game, the Kentucky Derby, and a Nascar event. (She’s already been to a Stanley Cup Final game!)
Baking is her jam (and she makes jam too!)
She prefers watching sports live rather than on T.V.
For her entire life (except for the one year she had chicken pox), she has celebrated St. Patrick’s Day in D.C. with her big, awesome, ever-growing family and friends. It’s a big “Irish Clan.”
She really, really does NOT like pickles.
Even more than she doesn’t like pickles, I really DOES like dark chocolate.
